  • President of MCHX Technology, LLC providing mechanical engineering services.
  • President of Zess Inc: Manufacturing, engineering and research company for micro-channel heat exchangers and catalytic reactors. Awarded Federal DARPA grant and two NIST Grants to design and develop fabrication methods of micro-channel heat exchangers for military and commercial applications.
  • Mr. Zess established and managed a product development laboratory located at the Spokane Intercollegiate Research & Technology Institute.
  • Fleet Senior Project Manager for Nuclear Management Company (NMC): Managed design and installation security upgrades of NMC’s six nuclear power stations.
  • With Meissner+Wurst, a German engineering and construction company for Semiconductor fabs, managed environmental compliance issues, environmental permitting and community relations.
